< SPARRING COMPETITION >

1. All Competitors must wear a headgear , chest protector , mouth piece , shin & instep guard ,
forearm guard , hand protector and groin protective cup ( male competitors ) . Any competitors
without any of these mandatory equipment , at the time of match will be declared disqualified

2. If you win 2 out of 3 rounds ( 1 minute round, 30-second break ), you will be declared
the winner in each division. *Point gap - 12 point per round ‘ Gam Jeom ‘

3. All color belt competitors who is 11 years old and under : full contact to the body area and no
contact to the head area

4. All competitors who is 12 years and older : full contact to body and light contact to head area

5. All Black belt competitors: full contact to the body and light contact to head area

6. *Competitors who wish to wear masks for facial protection can request them from the
central management desk or staff

7. *To ensure fairness and smooth flow of the matches, we will have at least one
international referee in each ring

Scoring for Sparring Competition :
The sparring game will follow Olympic-style rules and match operations.
